All orders are processed exclusively on working days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the driver may take the package to a parcel shop or branch. In this case, the package must be picked up from the parcel shop within 7 business days.
All orders are delivered only with a recipient’s signature. Delivery requests such as “to the door,” “in our trash can,” or similar cannot be accommodated. If the customer forwards such delivery options to DHL/UPS, our company assumes no liability for lost packages.
Orders with express delivery are also processed exclusively on working days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Express delivery is usually by the end of the next business day (Monday to Friday). This means that goods ordered after 2:01 p.m. on Thursday will not be packed and shipped until Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and will arrive by the end of the day the following Monday. Express shipping orders placed after 2:01 p.m. on Friday will be processed between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday and will not arrive until Tuesday.

Note on the placement of the notice:
The notice regarding delivery times must be placed in such a way that the consumer can definitely take note of it before submitting their contract. If the delivery time is no longer provided as part of the electronic product ordering process, the notice must be placed in the online shop in such a way that the consumer can definitely take note of it before initiating the ordering process, i.e., before placing the product in the virtual shopping cart.

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a state-recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.
